The arch-shaped silhouette, the stitched white PU leather handle with metal rivets, the press-stud strap at the top — every detail is borrowed from the visual language of a small evening bag. The front panel is a PET transparent window framed in white lychee-texture paper.

The arch shape is where production difficulty begins. A rectangular box folds from flat board. A semi-circular arch requires board and paper to curve without crimping or delaminating.
The 140gsm lychee-texture paper resists curving across the grain. We pre-form the arch separately and verify the curve radius on the first sample batch. An irregular curve is visible in the finished box.
The PET window and paper-cut scene require two assembly requirements simultaneously. The PET must sit flush in the frame cutout without gaps or visible adhesive. The layered paper-cut elements must be positioned in correct depth sequence — foreground closest, background furthest — so the 3D effect reads correctly. Wrong order and the scene looks flat.
Outer paper registration is the third challenge. The die-cut window frame must align with the PET insert. A 1-2mm shift during lamination creates an uneven white frame that is immediately visible on a clean white surface. We use registration jigs for lamination and check every first-article sample.
The PU leather handle is fixed with metal rivets. Too close to the arch edge and the board may crack under load; too far apart and the handle sits at an angle. We specify rivet positions during tooling and confirm load-bearing adequacy on the sample.

from any angle without looking flat,and masks minor surface variation at the arch curve better than smooth coated stock. The 1,200gsm board holds the arch shape and carries the hardware — handle rivets, clasp mount — without deforming under the weight of a filled box carried by its handle.
The interior uses 182gsm silver card for the inner walls, printed with the night sky design that continues the visual language of the exterior scene into the box. The black EVA insert holds three lipsticks in individual fixed slots. The slot dimensions are sized to standard lipstick tube diameters; custom EVA sizing is available if the product uses a non-standard tube format. The silver card and black EVA together create the high-contrast interior that the products are presented against when the box is opened.
Silver hot stamping highlights the die-cut frame and arch edge. Glitter silk-screen is applied to the snow and foreground elements inside the window. The two treatments operate on different layers and are applied in separate production steps.
