A glass bottle is heavy for its size, and the neck, cap and atomiser all need room inside the box, so the interior matters as much as the outside. Most custom perfume boxes here use a die-cut EVA foam insert shaped to the bottle and cap, which holds it upright and stops it shifting in transit, while lighter gift sets can use raffia fill instead.
